If one person wish to have a longer life he should do the following activities. He should eat a lot of vegetables and drink a greean tea, becouse that has antioxidants. He should sow his own food. In the older time , the mothers recommend to the son splash cold wather in the face also in the nowadays the doctors recommend take a shower with the cold water. If you do exercise two or three days for week you should has a longer life also you can avoid diseases Even the doctor says thaht if you drink a one glass of wine a day for week yuo can has a better life.

Dear teacher my advice is, you should have a little exercise after to wake like pylometrics, jumping rope, skaters,and other cardio routine for 30 minutes, also you should drink water 2 glasses of water to day and less fat food, cook low salt or without salt.
